You may return most new, unused beauty items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, returned products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
